Maz-Delaye@ Paparore School
I am a Year 3 student at Paparore School School in Northland, New Zealand. Mrs Davan is my teacher. My blog is a collection of my work at various stages, across different curriculum areas. Throughout my time at Paparore School I may share draft copies of my work for feedback and feed forward. Other times I will share my final published pieces. I would appreciate any feedback through leaving me a positive, thoughtful, helpful comment. Thank you.

pouri
Dear Covid,
This is the second time you have locked us down. The best thing that happened was last Thursday I got a new ginger and black puppy named Pouri. He is the best puppy I have ever had.But he is also hilarious when he jumps at me but rolls on his head. He is my new brother and everytime I walk past him he nibbles my skin everywhere on my leg.My nana brought him from someone but I don't know who gave it to her .He's a really cute puppy and is getting older. Now he is almost a massive rottweiler.Pouri is starting to be protective because everytime I walk Into my room he barks at me.He really likes my mum and my mum loves him.But when he poops everywhere I always clean it up.So when I clean it up I roll his pee pad up into a circle then put in a green bag. When he poops I feel Yuck!

Pou Art
This year we did art. It was amazing. We used pastels but we did it light so you don't see anything. We use the colour board or opposite colours. We all had to do a lot of rubbing out. It was all so cool. We coloured with pastels. I used blue and green.
Our Assembly
Kia ora my name is maz. We had our assembly in the hall. My part was first, so I said my pepeha. I was a bit late to get up to the front because I thought it was the last group's turn first.I felt amazing. I was shy and proud. I also was watching other groups share their parts.
